Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by Glimmer Gifts Company ("Glimmer Gifts," "we," or "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Customer," or "you") and Glimmer Gifts regarding your use of our website, services, and products.
1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using our website, services, or products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. including our privacy policy ("Privacy Policy"), (b) agree to follow these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations governing our Site and Service, (c) represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, are a resident of the United Arab Emirates or lawfully consent to U.A.E jurisdiction for all purposes on our Site as if a resident, and have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms of Service (either on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent if you are using this Site on behalf of an entity).If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services. The Terms of Service (including our Privacy Policy) comprise the entire agreement between you and Glimmergifts.ae and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. These Terms of Service shall supersede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, to which notice of objection is hereby given, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by Glimmergifts.ae. Any offer by Glimmergifts.ae is conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms of Service. Edible gifts which contain food items must be consumed immediately or shortly after delivery. We are not held responsible if the edible items are left for a period of time after which they are expired. This includes cakes, chocolates, bakery items and all edible packed items inside hampers and any other gift.
2. You are solely responsible for any data, text, graphics, messages, or other materials ("Content") which is transmitted, posted, or distributed by you through the Service, including but not limited to the contents of your information. All Content posted by you is your sole responsibility. Glimmergifts.ae does not control the Content posted by users such as yourself via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. Under no circumstances will Glimmergifts.ae be liable in any way for any Content posted by any user or third party, including, but not limited to, liability for any errors or omissions in any Content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted via the Service. Subject to the terms of Glimmergifts.ae’s Privacy Policy, you agree if you post any Content on the Glimmergifts.ae Site, you grant to Glimmergifts.ae, and its successors and assigns, a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-revocable license, in and to the Content, to distribute, display, modify, redistribute, sublicense and reproduce such Content to other users of the Service and to third parties with whom Glimmergifts.ae has a relationship. 3. Products and Services: a. Glimmer Gifts offers a variety of products, including but not limited to, personalized gifts, jewelry, home decor, and accessories. The availability of products may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. b. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products, but variations may occur due to factors such as screen resolution and color display. Therefore, slight differences between the product received and the product displayed on our website may occur.
4. Account : You have the option to register with Glimmergifts.ae if you want to create and access your profile, purchase a product and view and edit your profile. In order to register with Glimmergifts.ae you must supply a valid email address, which will be used as a unique identifier for your account, and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the password. By logging into the Site, you represent and warrant that: (i) you are a customer who registered for the services; (ii) that you are using the services only for permitted purposes; and (iii) you are not a competitor of Glimmers.ae . You will immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of the password or your account or any other breach of security. You agree to exit from your account at the end of each session. If you create an account, you represent and warrant that: (i) you will not select or utilize a user name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; (ii) you will not select or utilize a user name in which another person has rights, if you do not have that person’s authorization to use such name; (iii) you will not select or utilize a user name that Glimmergifts.ae in its sole discretion deems offensive; and (iv) you are not a competitor of Glimmergifts.ae, or agent thereof.
5. Orders & Payment :
ORDERING AND SERVICES:
You must be 18 years or older, and have a valid credit card, with full authority to use it, to submit an order for products or services through the Site.
Prices; Colors; Availability: All prices listed on the Site are subject to change. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right, prior to acceptance of your order pursuant to our Order Acceptance Policy described below, to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

All orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. c. The prices displayed on our website are in the currency specified and are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for paying the full amount at the time of purchase. d. Payment methods accepted are those specified on our website. All payments are secure and processed through reputable payment gateways.
6. Order Acceptance Policy: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that, if we cancel all or a portion of your order or if we provide you less than the quantity you ordered, your sole and exclusive remedy is that we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount charged for the cancelled portion or the quantity not provided.
7. Specials and Promotions: Please read the official rules that accompany each special offer, coupon and discount that we may offer or conduct. Special offers, coupons, or discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Limit one promotion per order.
8. Shipping and Delivery: Glimmergifts.ae, in conjunction with our service providers, currently deliver within UAE only. We will attempt to deliver in the estimated timeframe. We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that delivery will be on the requested delivery date or during the delivery period. : a. We strive to process and ship orders promptly. However, delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control. b. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be indicated during the checkout process and are the responsibility of the customer. . The customer is responsible for any additional charges imposed by the destination location. . A few products may not be available for same day deliver.
Glimmer gifts.ae is not responsible for Flowers, plants, fruits, cakes, chocolates, sweets, gift products and preserved items decreased quality due to;
• Incorrect delivery addresses supplied by the sender or a re-route requested by the sender.
• Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
• Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.
